ECTS Credits Participation in the summer school will give 3 ECTS points provided that one attends all lectures, perform all exercises, and presents a poster that is prepared in advance.

Reading materials Please select at least one paper from each of the presenters and have them read before the summer school.

Poster Presentations If you want to bring a poster you must follow the instructions here.

Transportation
A bus has been arranged to take attendees from DTU and the Copenhagen Central Station to the conference venue Monday morning and back again on Friday afternoon.

The bus will depart Monday August 15 from DTU at Richard Petersens Plads, building 324 at 08:30 a.m. and approximately 09:00 a.m. at the car park near the Copenhagen Central Station, see picture below.

Food and Drinks
The registration covers all food and catering. There will also be vegetarian option. Participants pays for additional drinks and beverages.

What to bring

• Portable computer for doing exercises
• Swimming clothes if you want to enjoy the nearby beach
• Sport clothes for the social event – it could be raining.
• Your favorite board game
